Control Panel Building for Industrial Plants
UL 508A control panels, VFD panels, and PLC/HMI controls. Designed, fabricated, wired, and tested by senior controls engineers — built to your spec.
- Get panels built right the first time — UL 508A, clean wiring, full documentation.
- Hit your schedule with firm lead times and early flagging of long-lead components.
- Reduce field surprises — every panel is tested against the sequence of operation before it ships.

UL 508A control panels built to standard with full as-built documentation
Design + build under one roof — electrical design, fabrication, wiring, and testing
PLC, HMI & VFD panels — controls engineers who program what they build
Schedule Your Control Panel Consult
Tell us what the panel needs to do, your spec or drawings, and your timeline. We'll get you on a call with a senior controls engineer. No cost, no obligation.
Controls Engineers Who Build What They Program
We don't just bolt parts into a box. Because we program PLCs and HMIs too, your panel is laid out for the way the system actually runs — and serviceable for the next person who opens the door.
Electrical design
Schematics, panel layout, component selection, load and short-circuit current ratings (SCCR), and value-engineering of existing designs.
Fabrication & assembly
Enclosure prep and machining, sub-panel layout, DIN rail and wireway, device mounting, and clean cable management.
Wiring & labeling
Point-to-point wiring to print, ferrule terminations, full wire and device labeling, and tidy, serviceable harnessing.
PLC & HMI integration
PLC, drive, and HMI mounting and wiring — with optional programming and configuration from the same team that built the panel.
Power & motor control
VFD and soft-start panels, power distribution, control transformers, and properly rated overcurrent and disconnect devices.
Testing & commissioning
Continuity checks, power-up, functional testing against the sequence of operation, witnessed FAT, and onsite startup.
What “done” looks like
Process skid
Delivered a UL 508A skid control panel with PLC, VFDs, and HMI — tested and FAT-approved before it shipped.
The skid powered up onsite with zero wiring rework. Startup took an afternoon instead of a week.
Water/wastewater
Rebuilt a lift-station control panel — modern PLC, clean wiring, and full as-built documentation.
Replaced an undocumented 1990s panel. The operators finally have drawings that match what's in the box.
Simple 3-Step Process
30-minute consult
Tell us what the panel needs to do and share any spec or drawings. We'll give you a straight read and recommended next step.
Design, BOM & quote
We finalize the electrical design and bill of materials, then give you a written quote with a firm lead time — no surprises.
Build, test & deliver
We fabricate, wire, and test the panel against the sequence of operation, then deliver with docs — and commission onsite if you need it.
Control Panel Building — Frequently Asked Questions
Do you build UL 508A listed control panels?
Yes. We build to UL 508A standards and can deliver a UL listing with the panel where required. Every panel ships with as-built drawings, a bill of materials, and point-to-point wiring documentation.
Can you build from our drawings, or do you design the panel too?
Both. Hand us a complete drawing package and we'll fabricate to print, or bring us a scope and we'll handle electrical design, component selection, layout, and the full build. We're happy to value-engineer your existing design.
What types of panels do you build?
PLC and HMI control panels, VFD and soft-start panels, pump and lift-station controls, skid-mounted control packages, power distribution panels, and custom operator stations.
What's your typical lead time?
It depends on panel complexity and component availability. After we scope the build we give you a firm lead time in the quote. Long-lead components (certain VFDs, breakers, PLCs) are the usual driver — we'll flag those early so you can plan around them.
Do you test panels before they ship?
Yes. Every panel goes through a point-to-point continuity check, power-up, and functional test against the sequence of operation before it leaves the shop. We can also do a witnessed FAT (factory acceptance test) with your team remotely or in person.
Can you handle field installation and commissioning?
Yes. We can install, wire field I/O, and commission the panel onsite, then hand off documentation your team can maintain. If you have your own installers, we'll support them through startup.
What does a typical project look like?
Step 1: 30-minute consult to scope the panel. Step 2: design, BOM, and a written quote with lead time. Step 3: fabrication, wiring, testing, and delivery — with optional onsite commissioning.
