FactoryTalk View ME/SE, Studio 5000, Logix PLCs — deep Rockwell stack, not a generalist
Schedule Your PanelView HMI Consult
Tell us about your PanelView terminal, what's happening on the plant floor, and your timeline. We'll get you on a call with a senior Rockwell developer. No cost, no obligation.
PanelView Specialists — Not Generalists
We live in the Rockwell stack. You won't spend the first hour explaining tag structures, FactoryTalk View displays, or how a runtime download works.
HMI development
FactoryTalk View ME (PanelView Plus) and SE (PC-based) screen development, redesigns, global objects, faceplates, and responsive operator displays.
PanelView 800 & Component
Connected Components Workbench HMI development for PanelView 800 and PanelView Component terminals paired with Micro800 controllers.
Connectivity
RSLinx / FactoryTalk Linx and EtherNet/IP connections to ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Micro800, and MicroLogix PLCs, with clean tag and alias mapping.
Alarming & data
Alarm and event setup, trends, data logging, recipe management, and audit-ready alarm history operators can actually act on.
Legacy migration
PanelView Standard, PanelView Plus 6, and legacy FactoryTalk View ME projects → PanelView Plus 7, PanelView 5510, or PanelView 800 with screen porting, tag remapping, and validation.
PLC integration & support
Studio 5000 and Connected Components Workbench PLC work alongside the HMI, runtime downloads, terminal commissioning, performance tuning, and ongoing support.
What “done” looks like
Food & beverage plant
Rebuilt cluttered PanelView Plus screens into clean FactoryTalk View ME displays with consistent faceplates.
Operators stopped hunting across screens — alarms, status, and controls now sit where they expect them.
Water / wastewater
Migrated an obsolete PanelView Standard terminal to PanelView Plus 7 over a planned cutover window.
Screens ported, tags remapped to the Logix PLC, alarms verified, and the line came back up on schedule.
Simple 3-Step Process
30-minute remote consult
Tell us about your PanelView terminal and what's happening. We'll give you a straight read and recommended next step.
Site assessment & scope
Onsite or remote review of the terminal, FactoryTalk View project, and PLC connectivity. You get a written scope and quote — no surprises.
Implementation & handoff
We develop, test, commission, and leave you with documentation your team can actually maintain.
PanelView HMI Services — Frequently Asked Questions
Which PanelView terminals do you work with?
PanelView Plus 7 (Standard and Performance), PanelView Plus 6, legacy PanelView Plus, PanelView 800, PanelView Component, and the older PanelView Standard line. We also build FactoryTalk View SE (Site Edition) for PC-based and distributed HMI/SCADA.
Can you respond to a PanelView that's down or faulted?
Yes. Call us directly and tell us your HMI is down. We'll get a senior Rockwell developer on a secure remote session or onsite as fast as we can mobilize. Most remote troubleshooting starts within an hour during business hours.
Do you migrate old PanelView terminals to new hardware?
Yes — this is one of our most common projects. We convert PanelView Standard and legacy PanelView Plus applications to PanelView Plus 7, PanelView 5510, or PanelView 800, rebuild or port FactoryTalk View ME projects, remap tags and alarms, and provide handoff documentation your team can maintain.
Do you build the HMI and the PLC logic together?
Yes. We program Allen-Bradley PLCs (CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micro800, MicroLogix) in Studio 5000 and Connected Components Workbench alongside the PanelView application, so tags, alarms, and screens line up end to end.
Can you work remotely or do you need to be onsite?
Both. Most screen development, FactoryTalk View project work, and troubleshooting can be done remotely with a secure VPN or remote-access setup. Terminal commissioning, network field work, and runtime download happen onsite.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs before reviewing proprietary control logic, screen layouts, tag structures, or process recipes. Send yours ahead of the call or use ours.
What does a typical project look like?
Step 1: 30-minute remote consult to scope the problem. Step 2: site assessment and a written scope/quote. Step 3: implementation with handoff documentation. We don't disappear after go-live.
