JCC1 Lift Station PLC Programming and SCADA Integration
Complete master PLC and SCADA system integration for a TRWD lift station.
Project Overview
We delivered a full SCADA system and PLC programming for TRWD's JCC1 Lift Station. The new water booster station in Trinidad, Texas is capable of moving 210 million gallons of water daily to 80 Texas cities.
The project included new operator interface screens and automatic controls for site chemical dosing, cooling towers, pumps, and valves. The main PLC's are redundant Schneider M580 PLC's with a remote chemical system M580 PLC.
This system reduced operator manual control of the site and featured high performance graphics so critical alarming isn't missed.
