Project Overview

Upgraded a major semiconductor manufacturer's humidify/dehumidify MUA controls programming to improve the system's ability to maintain fab's humidity specfications.

We performed a phased migration across twelve S7 1500 PLCs and updated their Wonderware System Platform graphics.

The project was completed on time with zero unplanned downtime and full validation documentation for control standards.
